We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment can be made using the available payment methods on our website. An online registration service charge of 8% will be added to your total.

7. Product Availability and Delivery

Baje-Intl.com makes every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase. However, there may be instances where a product is temporarily out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with options for a refund or exchange.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Baje-Intl.com. Please note that sections, sizes, and optional add-ons cannot be changed once an order has been placed. A non-refundable deposit of $300BDS applies to backline costumes, and for frontline costumes, half of the full price is non-refundable. Costumes will NOT be shipped.

9. Costume Collection

Costumes must be collected by the date specified or they will be forfeited. For group purchases, all costumes will be registered in the name of the cardholder/PayPal account owner. In the event of separate collection, kindly submit full names and contact information for each costume and ensure to include your order number. E-mail to mascamp@baje-intl.com.

10. Modifications to Terms of Service

Baje-Intl.com reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barbados.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Baje-Intl.com with respect to your use of our website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Baje-Intl.com.
